Responsibilities


  • Attend Sales Meetings and bring new customers onboard
  • Hit your revenue targets set by the company
  • Book meetings and present our solution
  • Execute our sales process diligently and keep updated notes in our CRM
  • Provide exceptional understanding of our technology and partner technologies
  • Watch the competitive landscape and make sure we are still in the lead
  • Work closely with our clients to make sure our customers are in good hands


Requirements:


  • 0-3 years of sales experience in a recruitment or business development role
  • Fresh Graduates with AMBITION are welcome to apply
  • Enjoys being in a target driven environment
  • Not afraid of rejection. (It happens even to the best salespeople!)
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills, both in English and the local language. Multilingual proficiency preferred.
  • Detail ­oriented and analytical
  • Strong team player, but still a self -starter. We want lion’s not sheep!
