ANKEN is Now Hiring - Join Our Team as a Director or Human Resources Manager.


ANKEN is now seeking experienced and suitably qualified individuals to manage our growing number of employees in Shanghai. Both the Director and Manager positions will be responsible for overseeing day to day employee management ensuring professional, attentive and efficient service. 


All team members are responsible for fostering a sense of community around the ANKEN identity between tenants, staff and the public.


Directors and Managers will report directly to the Company Directors and work closely with all other employees.


The successful candidate will be a permanent member of ANKEN’s growing team of over 100 staff, which now encompasses Real Estate Development, Property Management and Investment.

Job Summary

You will be a key driver responsible for managing all HR functions while contributing a high level of human resource generalist knowledge and expertise. You will develop and implement processes to accomplish objectives in alignment with ANKEN objectives and brand strategies to deliver HR services that enable business success. You will be in charge of the following:

  1. Talent acquisition, 
  2. On-boarding,
  3. Workforce planning, 
  4. Performance management and talent development, 
  5. Staff compensation and benefits, 
  6. Conduct & discipline using technology efficiently,
  7. Team building initiatives,
  8. Coaching others to help influence and execute business objectives in the most efficient manner.  


Requirements

Candidates with less experience will be considered for the HR Manager role.

  • 3 - 5 years’ relevant experience in human resources or a related field and at least 2 years of relevant experience in real estate industry,
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint,


Education

Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline


Language

Fluency in English and Chinese is a must.
