Administrative Executive (Sales Support) - SAP

Job description

Job Responsibilities


  • Issuance of sales orders and purchase orders
  • Co-ordinate with warehouse/ customers on orders and delivery/shipment schedule
  • Preparation of daily inventory report and monthly accrual reports
  • Liaise with forwarders for all shipment to customers overseas
  • Follow up with customers for payment
  • Coordinate with suppliers on delivery schedules


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Business, Supply Chain/Shipping & Logistics
  • 3 years of experience in logistics/shipping administration
  • Experienced in using SAP 
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Good communication skills & meticulous
