Assistant Payroll Manager

Position Summary:

Pays employees and compiles payroll information by managing payroll preparation; completing and maintaining reports.

Job Requirements:                                                        

  • Manage end to end payroll processing including statutory, compliance, audit and disbursement
  • Accurately manage all regular, incentive, allowances and bonus payroll on a timely basis, ensure that all earnings are appropriately paid to employees, and confirm that taxes, and benefits deductions are withheld and in compliance
  • Manager all payroll communication with Internal and External stakeholders and employees
  • Administers, Coordinates and handles payroll operation involving processing of Time and Earning Records
  • Maintains data confidentiality for payroll related matters
  • Proactively and work with the developer to address issues and identify opportunities of improvement through system automation and analytics
  • Oversees Final Pay process.
  • Respond to audit and escalation queries to HR Payroll related concerns
  • Collaborate Internally with HR team in ensuring that all tasks are completed and delivered accurately
  • Manage report to Finance including weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly needed for closing books related to HR/Payroll
