Personal Assistant to the President Director and Office Administration role reports directly to the President Director 

Responsible for assisting the President Director on all duties and also responsible for assisting in the proper and smooth running of the office

Background

  • Degree within Advertising, Sales, Marketing, Economics, etc.
  • Office Suite 2003 & 2007, advanced level (especially Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)

Languages

  • Fluent in English. (high level)
  • Mother Language – Bahasa, Indonesian
  • Other European language(s) a distinct advantage

Responsibilities: 

Personal Assistant to the President Director

  • Organizing the President Director’s business & private:
  • Schedule
  • Meetings Diary
  • Travel
  • Correspondence
  • Etc.
  • Maintain liaison internally and externally related to the President Director
  • Keep records and filing system related to the President Director
  • Planning and organizing events related to the President Director
  • Assist in other duties as requested by PD, e.g. purchases, security, etc.
  • Keep all matters related to President Director confidential & do not share without permission of President Director

Office Administration: 

  • Support on all office activities and such like, for example: office renovation, office move, company cars, couriers, internet, office building management, printers, IT, company expenditure/projects, etc.
  • Regular monitori,g of: WIFI, Printers, CCTV back up and reporting on back up of Finger Print Data
  • Assist in other duties as requested

Support on office operational for:

  • Building management relations
  • Internet connection, communications, direct + mobile office phones and IT related matters
  • Photocopy & printer machines
  • Company cars & drivers operational specific for the President Director
