Manager - Corporate Finance Strategy
Our Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) team works with clients to manage their capital agenda to drive competitive advantage and increased returns. As part of a global team of 10,000 professionals in 100 countries you will advise clients on preserving, optimizing, raising or investing capital. Major groups (or, as we call them, sub-service lines and competencies) within TAS include M&A Lead Advisory, Valuation and Business Modeling, Corporate Restructuring, Operational Transaction Services, and Transaction Support.
Operational Transaction Services
Professionals in Operational Transaction Services – internally known as Corporate Finance Strategy – work with private equity and corporate clients on a range of deal-related and broad strategy consulting projects.
They specialize in growth strategies, both organic and inorganic (Mergers & Acquisitions). A core area of the team’s expertise is commercial due diligence, on behalf of private investors or on behalf of companies going through a sale process. During a commercial due diligence, they often build or review a market size estimate and market growth forecasts, assess the competitive landscape and ultimately comment on the future prospects of the business. The team also involve and support a company entering new geographies/new product lines. In a growth strategy projects, they often perform competitor analysis and work closely with client management to really get to the core of a company’s value proposition and ultimately advise on which opportunities have the highest potential.
As a team member, you will be assessing market attractiveness, understanding the competitive environment in an industry, explaining business performance and evaluating future potential. You will learn a variety of analytical tools and frameworks through a mixture of structured training and on-the-job learning with experienced strategy consultants. Day-to-day works might include but are not limited to analyzing data, conducting primary research (e.g. interviewing industry experts), conducting secondary research (e.g. analyzing industry reports), developing PowerPoint presentations and building and testing strategic hypotheses.

To qualify for the role you must have:
Degrees in Finance, Investment and/or corporate strategy related
At least 6 year experience in strategy/management consulting, market entry strategy and/or corporate finance
Real experience in consulting environment is necessary
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to build financial models from scratch
Being comfortable working in high-performing teams in a high pressured and confidential environment.
Proficiency in English both writing and speaking
