Technical Recruiting Manager

Responsibilities

  • Provide innovative, scalable solutions to drive our hiring to meet FB business objectives
  • Design customized and executable staffing plans while building excellent relationships with the recruiting team and engineering client groups
  • Create innovative sourcing strategies and ensuring a high-touch candidate experience
  • Facilitate and lead meetings and key initiatives and projects with recruiting team and client groups
  • Provide mentorship, guidance and career development to members of the SWE recruiting team
  • Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally (e.g. HR, Finance, etc.)
  • Compile & analyze data and metrics to support business decisions and plans as necessary

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2+ years of People management experience
  • 3+ years in a recruiting role for Software Engineering
  • 8+ years recruiting experience with large/rapidly growing technical organizations

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of People management experience
  • 10+ years of Recruiting experience
  • 1+ years of Leadership/Executive level recruiting experience
  • Strategic thinker with exceptional data analysis and analytical skills
  • Creativity in problem-solving, resourcefulness, and ability to be hands-on when needed
  • Strong knowledge of the Software Engineering market
  • Ability to work cross-functionally
