Innovation Initiatives: Ushering in the Fintech era in Vietnam

Project: To create and nurture a supply and demand ecosystem for a financial marketplace.

Description:

  • The assignment involves signing up financial institutions on one hand to provide retail financial products and building partnerships with retail enterprises with large customer base for offering customized products and services including financial planning to generate revenues for mutual benefit.
  • The project aims to generate 30+ FIs, 5 retail partners, 1.5M customers and $12M in revenues for Year 1 with an increase of 100% in revenues over next 3 years.
  • The assignment will offer deep learning and build extensive skills in digital and retail banking as well as Fintech, especially roboadvisory, alternate lending, robotic process automation and big data analytics areas.
  • 2 candidates will be chosen with monthly gross of 20M (16M in probation period) with bonus of up to 50% of fixed salary on a quarterly basis

 

Project: To establish a network of Corporates to reach out to their employees with the most suitable range of financial products.

Description:

  • The role would involve creating a digital community of corporates through largely digital and partly physical channels to reach out to their employees to offer suitable, superior and customized products to improve their financial health, living and lifestyle.
  • The role will offer an opportunity to work with the cutting edge Fintech companies around the world and apply their solutions to the workplace in Vietnam.
  • The project aims to reach out to 200K+ top companies in Vietnam by setting up a CRM platform for companies by signing them up physically and digitally to offer customized products to more than 10M customers and generate USD 50M in revenues in 3 years time:
  • Leveraging on the 3000+ and growing sales force across 40+ provinces in Vietnam and
  • Implementing digital channels like web, social and mobile to attract them to the network
  • The aim of the project will be to cover at least 10M employees in 200K+ companies and offer customized products across transaction, savings, borrowings, investment and protection products.
  • 2 candidates will be chosen with monthly gross of 20M (16M in probation period) with bonus of up to 50% of fixed salary on a quarterly basis.

Project: To set up a Digital Sales Funnel tracking, review and management    process to increase revenues.

Description:

  • The role is to analyze the end to end sales funnel for digitally acquired leads from a variety of digital assets operating across web, social and mobile channels and ensure maximum conversion of the leads on a consistent basis.
  • The aim is to reach 75000+ new digital leads across credit card, personal loan, health insurance and life insurance per month and ensure at least 10% are converted into sales in 30 days and 20% in one year given that they are eligible customers with an expressed inclination to purchase already.
  • The key part of the task is to diligently analyze the wastage of drop off at ever 6 stage and demonstrate innovation skills to find solutions to reduce them in a step by step manner leading to increased conversion.
  • One one hand, the role will offer experience in building people and process management skills while on the other hand it will expose the candidate to the latest Fintech in Payment, Lending, Roboadvisory, Insuretech and Personal Financial Management space.
  • The aim of the project will be to cover at least 3 M employees in 200K+ companies and offer customized products across transaction, savings, borrowings, investment and protection products.
  • 2 candidates will be chosen with monthly gross of 20M (16M in probation period) with bonus of up to 50% of fixed salary on a quarterly basis.

 

Project: To establish a network of MLM agents and other people in public life as well as dedicated personnel to access their customer base.

Description:

  • The role would involve creating a community of MLM agents through physical channels and digital channels to reach out to offer suitable, superior and customized products to improve their financial health, living and lifestyle.
  • The aim is to generate at least 50,000 leads across credit card, personal loan, health insurance and life insurance per month and ensure at least 10% are converted into sales in 30 days and 20% in one year acquiring 120 k customers per annum. The role would also require an understanding of data base management so as to provide a life cycle based approach on offerings to the customers. The CRM strategy must build straw profile subsets based on the homogeneous characteristics and customize product offerings accordingly
  • 2 candidates will be chosen with monthly gross of 20M (16M in probation with bonus of up to 50% of fixed salary on a quarterly basis. period)
