Job description

We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join this team in the role HR Officer (1 year contract). In this role, you will:

  • Assist in selecting the most suitable applications to meet the Bank’s recruitment criteria
  • Assist in resourcing issues by providing administrative and daily operational support such as filling in relevant templates, retrieving records, preparing letters, handling general enquiries, and arranging interviews
  • Build up the Bank’s resource database, ensure the sufficient resource when needed
  • Support employer branding / recruitment campaigns / event
  • Ensure new recruits to be welcomed and prepared facilities properly


To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • A bachelor degree
  • A minimum of 1-2 years’ relevant HR general
  • Good understanding of HR policy, knowledge of Employment Ordinance
  • Fluency in English
  • Knowledge of HR System
  • Good PC skills
  • Considerable discretion, judgment and tact as HR work is of confidential nature
  • Strong communication and Interpersonal skills
