About Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur
The Golden Triangle neigborhood, Kuala Lumpur's thriving business and financial districs, will soon see the opening of the new Four Seasons Hotel and Residences.
The Hotel is part of a 65-storey mixed-use tower that will include 242 Four Seasons Private Residences, 27 serviced apartments, a 209-key Four Seasons Hotel and a six-floor of 250,000 square foot luxury retail podium, collectively known as Four Seasons Place Kuala Lumpur.
The latest addition to the city’s dramatic skyline and a vibrant hub for both business and leisure travelers, Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur will be conveniently located in close proximity to the city’s major attractions, including the Petronas Twin Towers and the Kuala Lumpur City Centre (KLCC). Often referred to as a “city within a city,” the KLCC will offer designer shopping, fine dining, and the best of the city’s electric nightlife. The Hotel will also overlook the KLCC Park and be directly connected to the esplanade, allowing guests to take full advantage of the Park’s 50 acres of green space, including lush gardens, fountains, waterfalls, a wading pool, and jogging track.
An exciting addition to Kuala Lumpur’s culinary scene, the Hotel will introduce several unique dining outlets to the city, including a Cantonese restaurant, lobby and rooftop pool bars, and an all-day dining restaurant with sweeping views of the Petronas Twin Towers.
The Hotel will also offer an executive lounge for business travelers, a serene spa, wellness-focused fitness centre and rooftop infinity pool offering panoramic views of Kuala Lumpur’s endless skyline. - Maintain harmonious and professional relationship with all departments and Home Office.
- Comply with and enforce Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.
- Plan, organize, lead and control different projects and activities within the finance team.
- Identify coaching moments and ensure that those moments become opportunities of learning and development for the Finance team.
- Establish a rapport with the Finance team and other divisions within the hotel.

Approving purchase requests for the expenses related to Management Corporation. Posting of supplier invoices, ensuring supplier invoices are paid in a timely manner. Posting all Month End Journal Vouchers related to Management Corporation and compiling Month End Management Reports. Balance Sheet Reconciliation on monthly basis with all the supporting documents. Coordinating the preparation of the annual Management Corporation budget, ensuring that the submission is both timely and accurate. Raising Annual/Monthly Management Corporation Invoices and sending to Owners. Sending monthly financial results to Management Corporation entity, with the status of Service Charge collection, and advice on delinquent accounts. Preparation for the quarterly/annual board meetings with the Management Corporation. Keeping a record of all meeting minutes. Maintaining the cash flow of Management Corporation. Handling queries from Owners regarding billing, payments, etc. Providing commentary on monthly financial results to the Director of Residences and Director of Finance with the status of the service charge collection. Preparation for any meetings requested by owners or developer relating to OSR. Assisting the financial controller and other accounting activities related to the overall mixed use development. Identifying opportunities for improving and updating service delivery methods and procedures; review with appropriate management staff; implement improvements. Participating in the development and implementation of goals; objectives; policies and priorities for the accounting division; identify resource needs; recommend and implement policies and procedures. Submitting of all statutory compliances, returns and reports as per schedule. Ensuring of all payments/disbursements that are legitimately incurred/reimbursed with the appropriate authorization. Providing relevant and timely response to corporate accounting queries and requirements. Communicating of all information regarding policy, budgets and systems changes. Assisting in preparation of specific statistical reports which may be required by local management or area office. Guiding staff members of all departments on policies, systems and procedures. Attending and participating in professional group meetings; stay abreast of new trends and innovations in the field of hospitality accounting. Handling all problems with respect to the accounting office except those which to be referred to the Financial Controller.
- Monitor and control expenses of the owners’ service charge budget (OSC) paying special attention to the daily reporting done by the auditor of the hotel and addressing issues that not only have material effect, but also effect the residents’ experience.
- Assist the Director of Finance in Forecasting and Budgeting of OSC.

To undertake other duties and responsibilities which, while outside the normal routine, are within the overall scope of the position. To report for duty punctually wearing professional attire. To maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene and adhere to the hotel and department personal appearance standards. To comply with local legislation as required. To maintain good working relationships with your colleagues and all other departments through working by The Golden Rule. To respond to any changes in the division as dictated by the needs of the industry, company or hotel. To be flexible and extend job duties to carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities within the job capability as assigned, including redeployment to alternative departments/areas if required, to meet business demands and guest service needs. Conduct and attend training sessions as outlined. Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by the Director or Assistant Director of Finance and/or the Director of Residences.
Candidates must have a firm knowledge of the local financial regulations with regards to Residential and speak Bahasa Malaysia as well as being fluent in English. Must have the right to work in Malaysia.
