Responsibilities:

  • Working with the sales team, process administrative tasks to generate and qualify leads
    • With training, create new business leads, sales and revenue generating opportunities
    • Contacting potential clients by email/phone to create opportunities
    • Work with the sales team on preparing materials for meetings and pitches
    • Work closely with the sales team to close deals and assist with organizational duties
    • Maintain accurate and up to date records in our CRM, including activity logs and pipelines
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
    • Build strong rapport with clients to drive long-term relationships
    • Manage existing customer relationships
    • Develop segment expertise to navigate industry landscape and recommend, develop, and implement new and creative approaches to growing the business
    • Work closely with the product and creative teams to understand all aspects of products being sold to clients and determine sales messages
    • Actively participate and lead various ad-hoc internal projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum Requirements:
    • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in Vietnamese and English, in person, over email and on the phone
    • Bachelors degree
    • Strong computer applications skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Access, CRM)
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Ability to prioritize and maintain attention to detail
    • Strong analytical, strategic, and creative problem solving skills
    • Customer service orientation
  • Preferred Requirements:
    • Experience or desire to succeed in a business-to-business sales position
    • Experience or desire to become successful with Linkedin and contact mining
    • Experience or desire to meet and exceed sales quotas and key metrics
    • Ability to succeed in a competitive environment
