Qualifications:

  • At least graduate of 2 years course of Computer Science, Computer Technology or any related courses.
  • Good knowledge of project or account management; ability to apply project management concepts to an information technology environment
  • Ability to use computer applications
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
  • Ability to plan and organize; initiative; tact; resourcefulness; sound judgement
  • Preferably 1-2 Yrs Experienced Employee specializing in IT Industry
  • Preferably 1-2 Yrs Experienced in Supervisory Role; Knowledge in the banking industry is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • To provide support and assistance to the Operations Head in delivering services and tasks of positive economic value to the Company’s Operation
  • To provide technical guidance and support to other members of the Operations group in support of their activities
  • To act as point-person / project coordinator for all Operations project as may be assigned by the Operations Head
  • To coordinate with other departments to facilitate processes and documentation to best serve clients
  • To coordinate with clients on all operational matters to reinforce our efforts to provide them with the best service possible
  • To refer all other matters raised by the client (policies, financial, administrative, etc.) to appropriate departments
  • To ensure compliance with all company policies and directives, most especially, on operation-related matters
  • To set-up project work plan and calendar of schedules, and at the same, monitor, review and evaluate the progress
  • To comply with all other assignments that may be assigned from time to time.
