OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE ASSISTANT MANAGER
Position summary
 
You will support the management and administration of OE tools and resources used to review, analyze and improve guest metrics for all MH hotel brands.  Such tools and resources include but are not limited to: brand standards, CRM, operating procedures, document management, process measures, audits and self assessments, guest satisfaction data/feedback and online reputation. 
 
Responsibilities include:
  • Support the delivery of Operational Excellence strategy and objectives
  • Measure and report on compliance with brand standards, guest satisfaction and online ratings and sentiment
  • Champion initiatives to drive improvement in guest satisfaction
  • Support the induction, training and development of on-property OE Leaders
  • Support implementation of CRM and Operational procedures
  • Support OE departmental administration 

 

Qualifications 
  • Graduate degree in Hotel Management or related field
  • Minimum 2 years experience in hotel operation or the service industry sector
  • Detail-oriented – strict attention to detail and accuracy
  • Six sigma certified, green belt or black belt
  • Expert skills with Excel, Word & PowerPoint
  • Strong English writing and communication skills
  • Strong data analysis skills
