For our client in Ho Chi Minh City, we are looking for an


Executive Assistant [Investment] 

To help successfully manage multiple companies in Vietnam


  • Support the CEO as required 

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate and followup between departments and teams on a broad scale and external parties 
  • Networking with public/private sectors
  • Manage/Prepare:
    • Minute of meetings/reports 
    • Action plans
    • Presentations 
  • Arrange:
    • Meetings
    • Schedules 
    • Travel plans
    • Expenses 
  • Research and report on market trends and propose ideas to develop marketing strategies as requested 
  • Assist to explore/develop opportunities that are identified by the CEO 


Personal Specifications

  • Business Admin or relevant degree/diploma (The ability of the person is more important than the qualification) 
  • At least 1 or 2 year experience in the investment industry, preferably as an investment manager
  • Has a minimum of 3 years relevant work experience 
  • Hunger and willingness to learn and develop 
  • Not too sensitive 
  • Able to:
    • Operate efficiently in a multi-business sector environment
    • Work with all levels of the organization 
  • Professional attitude and presentation with understanding of how to deal with foreign and local clients
  • Has business development background 
  • Can summarize financial models and business plans
  • Understanding of execution of business plans
  • Willing to attend business networking functions out of office hours and work overtime as required 
  • Good business network 
  • Good English ability (IELTS 6 or equivalent) and can translate documents between Viet/English 
  • Willing to commit to long term career
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially power point and excel)
